I have created this blog for us to interact. Perhaps its time for us to get along and share some tips and ideas to our fellow technicians who are in need as well. After all, they can help us somehow in  their expertise.

But I will start with the blog on Customers or Operators in regards to the use of their Digital Copiers. Like what are the common problem that they encounter. And what can they do before dialing the Hot Line for their Service Center (in their respective area/country).
